1. Setting Dual Displays on MacBook

To set up dual displays on a MacBook, follow these steps: Navigate to "System Preferences" → "Displays" → Check the "Mirror Displays" box to switch to Extended mode. You can then drag a window (e.g., a website or movie) to the far right edge of your desktop screen until it moves to and appears on the external monitor.

Important Note: On Mac devices, due to macOS limitations, you can only mirror screens and cannot extend different content to each screen.

1. Connecting Extend Mode for Windows OS

For Windows OS, right-click on the desktop and select "Intel Display Settings." In the popup settings screen, choose "Display" → "Multiple Display" → "Extend Desktop." If display 3 is not showing, manually select the display and click "Apply" to confirm the settings.

If a display is not showing, right-click on the desktop, go to "Graphics Settings," and select "One or More Active Displays."

Friendly Tips: 1. Apple devices, including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and iMac, do not support outputting different split screens. 2. MacBooks only support AAA and ABB display modes, not ABC mode. 3. MacBooks with M1/M2 chips only support extending to one monitor.
